Would you like to be part of our team at the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Intermediate Care in Karlskrona? Then you are warmly welcome to apply for the position with us.

The service is aimed at children and adolescents aged 0-18 years with moderate to severe psychiatric issues. The service consists of a team of doctors, therapists, and occupational therapists.

About the Job

We offer you a flexible and challenging job with a high degree of personal responsibility. The work will mainly consist of intensive treatment interventions in family constellations or in groups. The interventions can range from home visits, day care, group treatments to individual conversations.

In collaboration with other professionals, you will plan the individual patient's care and treatment. You will work closely with the patient and their guardians and collaborate with other actors in the child's or adolescent's life, such as schools, social services, and other healthcare providers as needed.

You will receive supervision and have the opportunity to apply to participate in further education and conferences.

It is important to us that you have a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents with psychiatric issues and that you want to help develop our service.

About You

We are looking for someone with a professional degree as a caregiver or equivalent education. Basic psychotherapy training is an advantage. Experience in assessing and treating children and adolescents is also a merit. Experience in treating eating disorders is desirable.

We seek someone who has experience working in teams and also enjoys working independently.

• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
